Beef Carrot Tice


healthy meal served with beef most of the time or can be completely vegetarian. the flavor is unique as the slight sweetness of the carrot is balanced by the savory taste of the spices and lemon juice ending up with a perfect dinner meal or lunch.

 

Ingredients:


1. rice

2. shredded carrots

3. ground beef

4. onions

5. lemon juice

6. pomegranate molasses

7. spices (7 spices, black pepper, salt, citric acid powder, paprika)

 

Preparation:               


simmer carrots with some oil while adding the spices, pomegranate molasses, and lemon juice. once it starts getting tender put it aside. now prepare the ground beef, simmer it on high heat with black pepper, salt, and chopped onions with continuous stirring. after its thoroughly cooked mix it with carrots and add the mixture to pre-made rice (the easiest thing to make -stir the rice with oil on high heat for 3 min then add water and black pepper/ salt, cover it and leave it to boil then reduce heat to low. remove it after 15-20 min or once water is dry). Enjoy your meal
