How To Make Curry Chicken

Chicken curry a very delicious and healthy dish that is easily prepared as well. For extra-strong flavors lovers out there this dish is for you and you have to try it. Curry is famous in Indian cuisine and widely used as on the main spices, and we are going to utilize that in our meal.


Ingredients

1.chicken breast
2.tomatoes
3.onions
4.garlic
5.milk/cream
6.spices (curry, salt. black pepper)

Preparations:

Chop the chicken, onion, tomatoes, onions, and garlic. then simmer the onions and garlic together until starting to get golden brown (5-10 min), once that happens add the tomatoes and stir occasionally until its almost soft (10-15 min). As the tomatoes get soft add the curry 2 Tbsp or more up to your preference with salt and pepper while continuous stirring. Now its time for the chicken cubes to add them and mix them with the rest of the mixture, keep it on the stove until its cooked (20-30 min) with occasional stirring. Once the chicken is done or about to dry add the 1 cup of milk/cream and let it on low heat to thicken or until it's ready to be served. It can be served alone or with rice....Enjoy.
