An easy recipe for lunch or dinner. Chicken quarters are juicier and more tender than breast so if you are not on a diet or low calorie you can choose them to be your main protein staple of the recipe. This dish can be served with rice or without up to your preference.
Ingredients:
1.chicken quarters
2.potato
3.tomato
4.bell pepper
5.rice(optional)
6.spices(salt, pepper, paprika, curry)
7.hot sauce of your choice
Preparations:
Cut the tomato, potato, and pepper into slices or cubes whichever you prefer, then through everything in the casserole. Season the chicken quarters on both sides and add them to the casserole as well. cover the top with aluminum foil and bake it for 45 min o 450F then add the sauce with paprika mix on one side of the chicken broil then flip add on the other side broil again and it's done.
