This dish is a worldwide phenomenon, so famous that almost
everybody knows about it. it's an old dish from the Italian cuisine, a dish that
combines protein and carbs sources in a marvelous way to get the astonishing
meal that can fit lunch or dinner with ease. as sophisticated this dish can be
as it's still simple to be made.
Ingredients:
1. ground beef
2. lasagna pasta
3. ricotta cheese
4. mozzarella cheese
5. eggs
6. basil or garlic pasta sauce
7. parsley
8. chopped onions
9. black pepper/ salt
Preparation:
Put the pasta in
boiling water wish oil to prevent
sticking for 8-10 min. cook the ground beef with onions, black pepper, and salt. then mix the beef with the pasta
sauce. in a separate bowl prepare the cheese mixture by adding and mixing
ricotta cheese, whole eggs, mozzarella cheese, and parsley into a consistent semi
paste-like form. Now put some cooking spray on a baking pan, then start adding layers
in this order (pasta → meat sauce→ cheese), you can add extra mozzarella or any
other type on the top layer. make sure to divide the quantities equally before
you start, so there will be enough for each layer which depends on how many
layers you going to make. put the pan in a preheated oven on 450 F while covering the pan top with aluminum foil. after
20-30 min or once the cheese had melted completely uncover it, so the top gets
golden brown for a couple of minutes. and it's done :)
