You can't talk about fast food subject without mentioning
the beef burger, it's a staple in the junk
food arena. tons of brands adapt it with adding their own touch to it, but the
main idea stays the same a burger patty in a bun with some condiments as simple
as that. it's so tasty that I personally can prepare it every week more than
once, but this comes with a price. the smell and grease are too much to deal with
afterward. so today we are going to prepare the burger in the least messy way
possible for indoor cooking fans out there.
Ingredients:
1. any brand burger patties (frozen or fresh)
2. buns
3. tomato
4. onion
5. dill pickle
5. potato
6. lettuce
8. cheese slices
7. condiments of your preference
Preparation:
Peel and cut the
potato into finger-like shapes, then add some curry and salt to it. spray some
cooking spray in a baking pan, set the patties and cover the pan with aluminum
foil. put both burgers and potato inside a preheated oven (450 f). potatoes need
45 min with flip halfway; while the burgers need the same time, it should be
uncovered after 35 min to broil the sides
5 min each. all you have to do now is to build your burger tower with as
many layers as you desire. with this method, the smell is contained to a minimum
because of the foil, besides deep cooking the patties with the pressure. there
will be no oil and smell indoor as if frying it over the stove, can be
considered healthier to some extent as less fat used.
