Ingredients:
1. penne pasta
2. ground beef
3. eggs
4. onion
5. parsley
6. salt & pepper
7. tomato sauce (hot or regular)
8. American singles cheese
Preparation:
Cook the beef with onion, salt, and pepper on high heat for 30 min with an occasional stir. Add the pasta to boiling water and stir it occasionally until it's done (10-12 min). while both still getting ready we can chop the parsley and onion, then mix them with 5-6 whole eggs in a separate bowl. Once the beef and the pasta are done mix them together with the sauce in another bowl. Now preheat the oven to 400F, meanwhile add both bowls to a baking pan and mix them one last time. 30 min in the oven is enough to cook the eggs. Add the cheese on top and let it melt for another 5 min. Let it cool down for 5 min and it will be ready to serve.
