Pan Seared Chicken Breast Recipe

Chicken meat is delicious and easy to cook, but when it comes to the breast white meat there is no much flavor to it. A lot of people prefer the juicy thighs dark meat on the dry breast white meat, but the cooking method will definitely play a major role in that. Today we are going to use the searing method to keep that breast juicy and tender from the inside while getting a crispy crust on the outside.

Ingredients:

1. boneless breast
2. mixed veggies
3. mushrooms
4. onion
5. seasoning of your preference
6. olive oil
7. alfredo sauce

Preparation:

While heating a frying pan with no oil on medium-high heat, we prepare the breast by rubbing olive oil on both sides with seasoning. Once the pan is hot enough add the breasts to be seared. Don't flip it until 3 min mark pass for another 3. The oven should be preheated on 400 to put the chicken in there for another 10 min. On another pan add oil, vegetables, onion, and mushroom with continuous stirring for a few mins, then add the alfredo sauce. Mix everything together and leave it on low heat while the breast is getting ready. Take the chicken out of the oven and let it rest for 4 min. It will retain its juiciness and tenderness, and it's ready to be served with the veggie alfredo sauce. Bon Apetit
