Spicy Baked Chicken Recipe

Chicken is my favorite type of animal protein; It's relatively cheap, easy to cook, many recipes can be involved with, and delicious. The chicken thighs are more tasteful than the breast cause its greasier, That's why if I'm not concerned about my calorie intake or not in a deficit diet I will definitely choose thighs over breast when it comes to cooking and consuming chicken. So today we are going to prepare spicy chicken thighs... let's get started


Ingredients:

1. boneless chicken thighs
2. potatoes
3. tomatoes
4. onion
5. green bell pepper
6. rice (optional)
7. seasoning 
8. spicy wing sauce


Preparation:

Cut the potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, and onion into slices. Then season the chicken thighs and make sure its all covered from all directions. Set the oven to 450 F, and put everything inside for 45 min. After that separate the chicken thighs into a bowl and add the sauce while mixing it. Re-add them back into the pan with the veggies and broil them for 5 min on each side and it will be ready. It can be served with rice or without.
