Lamb chops one of the most requested types of meat, simply it has extra healthy fat (as described by physicians) and soft meat fibers, which cooks easily. Curry lamb chops which one of the Indian cuisine staples is what we are going to prepare today. It's so tasty and can be served with rice or without.
Ingredients:
- lamb chops
- potatoes
- tomatoes
- onions
- garlic
- peas & carrots
- oil
- spices (masala, turmeric, curry, coriander, ginger, chili)
Preparation:
Chop tomatoes, potatoes, onions, and garlic and set them aside. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper. Bring a pot to high heat with oil, then add the garlic and onions while mixing for a few minutes. Once the onion starts getting brownish add the tomatoes and keep stirring for 3 min. Now add all the spices and stir it as well before adding the lamb chops. Once everything is well mixed add a cup of water or stock then add the peas & carrots mix, leave the pot on high heat until it starts boiling when you can add the potatoes. Reduce the heat to medium-low, It should be done within the next 20-30 min with occasional stirring. As I mentioned earlier it can be served with or without rice based on your preference.
