Chicken Quarters Recipe With Yellow Rice


The chicken quarters recipe is an easy recipe for dinner or lunch which won't take more than 45 min to prepare. It's delicious, nutritious, and easy. it can be served with any type or style of rice, but today we are going to prepare it with yellow rice garnished with almond and raisin.



Ingredients:
  1. chicken quarters (skinless is optional)
  2. rice
  3. almond
  4. raisin
  5. chopped onions
  6. oil
  7. vermicelli
  8. spices (salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, turmeric, curry)
Preparations:

Coat the chicken quarters on both sides with salt, garlic, paprika, and cayenne pepper. then throw them in a pre-heat the oven on 400F for 30 min. after that coat them again if needed and flip them for another 10 min broiling. meanwhile add the onion, raisin, and almond in a pot with oil on high heat for 5 min with continuous stirring, then set it aside. After that add vermicelli on high heat pot for a few mins while stirring it with oil until it gets brownish in color, once that happened add water barely to cover it and leave it for a few mins until it's tender, if more water needed then add some more. Finally, the rice which is easy to add the rice to different pot on high heat with oil and pepper, salt, turmeric, and curry mix them well then add water once start boiling lower it to cook for 10-15 mins and its done. all you need now is to serve it in which either mix everything in one pot then lay the chicken on top or set it in layers in this order ( rice, vermicelli, almond/raisin, and chicken). An easy meal that can be prepared and ready to serve within 45 mins suitable for dinner or lunch
