Stew is a healthy meal that can be prepared for all seasons, but mainly the winter. It's nutrient-dense and healthy. One of the most popular ones is the beef stew with vegetables which we are going to prepare today. It's very easy and doesn't take much time. can be prepared on a slow cooker or regular on the top stove.
Ingredients:
- beef stew meat
- potatoes
- tomatoes
- oil
- tomato sauce
- lemon juice
- peas and carrots
- spices
Preparation:
On a high heat simmer the meat for 3-4 min with salt and pepper till start getting little brown then put it aside. Chop tomatoes and add the peas and carrots all in the pot on the high heat for 5 min. then add the chopped potatoes and tomato sauce while mixing. then add a little bit of water and all the spices (salt, pepper, coriander, paprika, garlic, 7 spices, cumin) and lemon followed by the meat. lower the heat to low and leave it for an hr and it will be ready. It can be served alone or with rice.
