Cauliflower is one of the healthiest food on the planet, you can bake it, fry it, boil it, or even eat it raw if you like. It been part of many dishes or as a stand-alone kinda veggie. for today we are going to prepare it as part of a casserole with chicken, it's going to be high in protein and minerals so can be beneficial for people trying to be in a good shape.
Ingredients:
1.cauliflower
2.bell pepper
3.onion
4.egg white
5.cream cheese
6.tomato puree
7.chicken breast
8.mozzarella cheese
9.olives (optional)
Preparations:
Use a food processor or blender to cut the cauliflower to as fine as possible and you can strain it with a mesh or no up to you. the add the cut pepper, onion, egg white, cream cheese, and mix all together with salt and pepper. Once that is done toss it in the oven for 40 min at 400 F, while it's cooking we can boil the chicken breast and dice it when it cooled down. Now the cauliflower mixture is semi-cooked so remove it from the oven and add tomato puree or sauce on top with the chicken, then toy can garnish it with olives and shredded mozzarella cheese. Once that is done put it back in the oven to get the cheese melted and get the surface crispy, and it's done healthy, tasty, and easy.
