Easy Burger Patty Recipe For Healthy Eating

The burger is easily one of the most popular dishes all over the world, it can be made from all type of meats as well as the vegan style that is entirely animal-product free. Ingredients:

1.ground beef (the leaner the more expensive)
2.onions
3.salt, pepper, chili
4.tomatoes
5.sliced cheese
6.thin whole-grain rounds
7.lettuce
8.potatoes

Preparations:

Start by cutting the onions as fine as possible then add it to the ground beef with salt, pepper, and chili powder, once all in one bowl mix it very well.
