Sumac Chicken With Cauliflower

Sumac is one of the most delicious spices that can be added to any dish and change the flavor drastically. It works very well with beef especially kabobs and with chicken as well. Today we are going to choose chicken my favorite type of meat to prepare tit with sumac the oriental superb spice to make sumac chicken with cauliflower.


Ingredients:

1.chicken breast
2.cauliflower florets
3.rice
4.spices (sumac, salt, turmeric)
5.oil

Preparations:

Boil the chicken breast with some turmeric (optional) and salt, then try to remove the fat that accumulates on the top. After 40-45 min, it should be done so you can take it off the heat. Save the boiling water as a stock for the rice preparations later on and chop the breast into big cubes. Add some oil to the pot and cook the cauliflower florets with seasonings and sumac for few mins, then add the chicken and keep simmering the mixture. You can add more sumac to boost the flavor and that should be around when the mixture color is red-purple. Cook the rice with the stock from earlier and it will be ready to serve that dish.
