This dish origin goes back to the Indian cuisine
which is famous for spices and strong flavors. and through the years due to trading and
expeditions, it reaches all over the world way far from its source. for the
foodies out there this is good news, because of how delicious this dish and how
flavorful it's. It can be made with beef
or chicken, but chicken is more famous which what we are going to prepare
today.
Ingredients:
1. chicken breast
2. potato
3. chopped carrot and peas
4. rice and vermicelli
5. spices
6. oil
Preparation:
Peel, cut, and dice the
potatoes. then add some olive oil with salt and curry powder. mix everything
together into a bowl. you can fry it or bake it, it's up to you the result
should be golden brown and crispy in either way. as for the chicken breast boil
it for 45min with turmeric and salt then cut it into cubes 1 inch roughly. cook
the carrot and peas on high heat with oil for a couple of minutes then add the
potatoes plus the chicken. while mixing everything; add coriander, salt, black
pepper, and 7 spices to the mixture. all we need is to prepare the vermicelli
rice; once that is done you have two choices
either add the mixture to the rice and mix everything together, or add it on
top of the rice. both ways used to serve the dish whichever you prefer.
