Ingredients:
1. ground chicken thighs
2. buns
3. onion
4. tomato
5. parsley
6. lettuce
7. ranch
8. salt/pepper
Preparation:
Start by chopping the onion, tomato, and parsley as fine as possible, then mix them with the ground chicken thighs as well as salt and pepper. mix everything very well and make patties to be baked or fried (baked 350 F for 40 min flip at 30 min). Once it's in the oven now we can prepare the onions and the ranch. Set a pan on high heat, then add 2 tbsp ranch and chopped onion and start simmering for 10 min, remove it from the heat as it starts to get thickened. now set the layers of your sandwich and enjoy the flavor.
