Ingredients:
1. steak cut
2. veggies
3. potato (instant mashed optional)
4. salt/pepper
5. milk
6. oil
Preparation:
Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides then leave it 4-5 min on each side on a medium-high heat pan. Depending on the cut tenderness and your own preference on how well the meat is cooked, finish the cooking in the oven on 400F on average. Boil water and add some veggies (broccoli, corn) for 5-7 min then drain the water to add the seasoning as desired. The easiest way to make mashed potatoes is by using instant potato powder with milk, oil, salt, and boiling water. whisk it for a couple of mins and it's all done.
