Chicken breast is a healthy source of protein with less fat. Preparing it can be daunting and boring, but with the searing technique is easy and juicy.
Ingredients:
1. chicken breast
2. roll
3. olive oil
4. seasoning
5. potato
6. lettuce
7. tomato
8. ranch
Preparation:
Peel and cut the potato into finger-like shape then add some salt and curry to it. once that is done just broil it for 20 min with a flip at 15min mark. As for the chicken breast rub it with olive oil and some seasoning then pan sear it on the stove on medium-high heat for 3-4 min on each side (Better be 1-inch thickness so it is cooked thoroughly- if it's thicker it will need an extra 10 min in the oven ). Add everything together into a sandwich form and enjoy it.
