Steak With Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Who doesn't love steak? probably not too many. a piece of steak for a dinner with your preferred level of meat tenderness is a thing worth going to a steak house for, but if you can prepare that at home for cheaper then that's the deal you can't miss. The creamy mushroom sauce goes very well with chicken and beefsteak and for this dish, it's the beefsteak turn. to immerge that piece of soft meat with creamy sauce is worth the process.

Ingredients:

1.beef steak cut
2.mushrooms
3.milk
4.flour
5.spices (salt, pepper, chili)
6.dried parsley

Preparation:

Dry the room temperature beef steak with a paper towel so it can be seasoned well, then season both sides with salt, pepper, and chili. Once that is done sear the meat on a hot pan for 3-4 min on each side then toss it in the oven at 425F for 10-20 min based on how well you want the meat. While the steak is in the oven we can prepare the sauce which is very simple, saute the precut mushroom on medium heat for a few min. Once start to get tender, add the milk, salt, pepper, and parsley. We start adding the flour very slowly while continuing the stirring until it gets thickened (1 Tbls for each cup of milk). Then serve the steak with sauce on top and voila! a quality meal on a budget.
